Finishing Technician / Electrician

Competencies required

Age: 21 - 45

1 year of work experience as a welder

Fluent English is required

Fine detail electrical install.

Tank truck electrical and mechanical install and service experience - installing abs brakes, torque wheels.

Need to good attention to detail.

 

Company offers

8 hours per day (Monday to Friday) or 10 hours per day (Monday to Thursday), 40 hours a week. May be day or evening shifts.

Salary: Starting $16.29 CAD per hour, overtime is paid at 1.5 times the base rate

Accommodation is provided by the employer but the cost is the candidate's responsibility

Key responsibilities

Install electrical and air systems on truck tanks and trailers.

Installs fenders and mudflaps on truck tanks and trailers.

Clean exterior of truck tanks and trailers.

Clean interior of truck tanks and trailers.

Install ABS brake components, troubleshoot ABS.

Install and torque wheels and wheel ends.

Install Advance name plates, data plates and conspicuity tape.

Perform all of the above for advancement.
