Company offers:

Work day: 8 work hours per days / 6 days per week

Contract: 12-24 months with a possible of extension

Salary: from 36 610 UAH*/month (1350 USD/month)

Key responsibilities:

Organization of the working process of changing chefs and attendants, distribution of duties;

Training of cooks;

Participation in the development of menus, control over the use of products in the kitchen;

Realization of personal quality control of raw materials and compliance with the technology of cooking and serving dishes;

Ensuring the safety of food - from the reception of food to the release of ready meals;

Control over observance of rules and norms of labor protection, safety precautions, sanitary requirements and personal hygiene rules;

Preparation of reports on the write-off of products.

 

Competencies required:

University degree.

Minimum 2 years as a cook in restaurants or hotels high level of service

English: minimum Intermediate level (English training can be provided by ILC if necessary).

 

Skills required:

Knowledge processes billets, storage and food processing;

Knowledge of internal regulations.

 

 

* The size of the salary is calculated at the NBU exchange rate as of state of 31.03.17
