Company offers:

Work day: 8 work hours per days / 6 days per week

Contract: 12-24 months with a possible of extension

Salary: from 81 360 UAH*/month (3000 USD/month)

Key responsibilities:

Implementation of the organization, planning and coordination of the night club restaurant activities.

Ensuring a high level of production efficiency, the introduction of new technology, progressive forms of service and work organization.

Realization of control over the rational use of material, financial and labor resources, evaluation of the results of production activities and quality of customer service.

Realization of the organization of the account of made works and services, reporting on industrial activity, incl. оwner of the restaurant - hotel.

 

Competencies required:

University degree.

Minimum 2 years management positions in restaurants or hotels high level of service.

English: minimum Upper-Intermediate level (English training can be provided by ILC if necessary).

 

Skills required:

Knowledge of the rules of production and sales of products (services);

Knowledge of the organization production and management of a night club restaurant, tasks and functions of its divisions;

Know the pricing procedures;

Knowledge of the organization of payment and labor incentives;

Knowledge of rules and norms of labor protection, safety precautions, industrial sanitation, fire protection and personal hygiene.

 

 

* The size of the salary is calculated at the NBU exchange rate as of state of 31.03.17
