The group of 5 stars luxury hotels and restaurants in Dubai and Abu Dhabi (UAE) invites Bartender to join their professional team.

Company offers:

        Contract: 12-24 months with a possible of extension.

        Work day: 8 work hours per days / 6 days per week.

        Salary: from 18 900 UAH* ($700 + service charge + tips).

        Accommodation, medical insurance, airfare: paid by employer.

Competencies required:

Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurants or hotels with high standards of servicing.

English: Intermediate and higher (English training can be provided by ILC if necessary).

 

Skills required: 

Knowledge of standard set of alcohol beverages and coffee; their preparation and flavor quality; rules of  serving.

Ability to use utensils, tools and accessories.

 

Key responsibilities: 

Timely and prompt servicing of clients at the bar.

Making cocktails and coffee beverages.

Preparing the work place, necessary equipment and tools.

Monitoring the quality of drinks and the working condition of equipment.

Keeping the work place and the utensils clean; assuring of the enough quantity of necessary utensils and tools; keeping them clean according to sanitary standards.

Knowledge of wine list and liquors.
