The group of 5 stars luxury hotels in Dubai (UAE) invites waiter/waitress to join their professional team.

Company offers:

        Contract: 12-24 months with a possible of extension

        Work day: 8-12 work hours per days (shift work)

        Salary: $700 + service charge + tips

        Accommodation, documents processing, airfare: paid by employer

Competencies required:

        Trade education/courses or specialized training is an asset

        Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurants or hotels with high standards of servicing

        English: Intermediate and higher (English training can be provided by ILC if necessary)

        Attractive appearance

        No health issues. Selected candidates will have to pass medical exam

Skills required: 

        Ability to serve clients and banquets, using service standards

        Knowledge of European cuisine dishes, their ingredients and characteristics

        Knowledge of standard set of alcohol beverages and coffee; their preparation and flavor quality; rules of              serving

        Ability to use utensils, tools and accessories

        Personal qualities: energetic, politeness, neatness, honesty and willingness to work

 

Key responsibilities: 

        Timely and prompt servicing of clients at the bar

        Knowledge of menu, basic and seasonal dishes and their ingredients

        Informing clients about characteristics of drinks and dishes, assisting clients when receiving the order

        Setting tables according to the standard layout

        Keeping hospitable atmosphere
