Adaptation support

ILC understands the challenges and difficulties faced both by the employer and the employee during the adaptation period. As a result, the company provides assistance and support throughout this stage, including meeting our candidates at their arrival airport. ILC representative can also accompany a large group of candidates during a flight to manage any on-the-spot issues, assist with accommodations and provide a schedule of orientation seminars regarding the inviting company's corporate culture and safety rules.

ILC also conducts adaptation seminars for new employees at which applicants receive information about their new company's safety rules, standards, conditions, work schedules and other relevant issues. We assist in the translation of instruction guides, recommendation letters and other documents that newly arrived employees must fully understand.

Finally, ILC also helps new immigrant workers open bank accounts, obtain insurance coverage and other documents as needed. Such adaptation assistance decreases the emotional burden caused by the applicant's relocation to their new country and their change of workplace. Thanks to our timely assistance during this adaptation period, candidates are able to focus more on their work and take less time to get adjust to their new work and surroundings.
