Welder (Italy)
The leading Italian company specialized in construction of bridges, overpasses, aqueducts, stadiums, airplane sheds, ship yards, production of large cisterns used on board of the ships, pipes of large diameter and wall thickness, invites specialists for internship on Welder’s position. The company facilities are located in three cities of the region Friuli-Venice-Julia as well as in Venezuela.
Competencies required
Age: 23 - 42
5 years of experience (MIG/MAG), 3 years’ experience in welding of thick metal sheets (MIG/MAG)
To have a desire to learn Italian (the Language Certificate is required)
Company offers
8 hours per day, 40 hours a week, overtime is paid at 1.25-1.5 higher
Salary: Wage - 1300 euro per month (after tax). Overtime is paid 1,25 - 1,5 times regular wage. The wage can be 1700 - 1800 euro per month
Accommodation is provided by the employer but is the cost is the candidate's responsibility (about 150 euro per month)

Key responsibilities
Welding of 25 - 60 mm metal sheets
Welding in overhead and vertical positions
Ability to work in limited areas (narrow sections, for example 60/80 mm in diameter; hidden joints with limited access)
Ability to use FCAW will be an asset
Ability to work with pre-heated metal (up to 200°) will be an asset
Ability to read and interpret WPS - Welding Procedure Specification will be an asset
Work experience at nuclear and oil and chemical production plants; sheep building/restorations plants (welding sheep hulls) will be an asset
Candidates with valid international welding certificates (overhead and vertical positions) will be a priority
Additional requirements: experience in SAW and FCAW will be an asset
