Industrial Painter

Competencies required

Age: 22 - 45

Minimum one year of work experience as an industrial painter

Conversational English (an applicant should be capable to handle the interview with the employer without an interpreter)

Company offers

Work schedule: 8 hours per day, 40 working hours per week

Salary: starting with $17 CAD/hour, overtime is paid 1.5 higher

Accommodations are provided by the employer but paid by the candidate

Key responsibilities

Sandblasting, hydro-jet, abrasive machining and painting of metal (heavy machinery, pipelines, tanks).

Compliance with safety regulations.

Able to work over time and if necessary, weekends.
