PROVIDING COMPANIES WITH LABOUR MARKET SOLUTIONS. PROVIDING PEOPLE WITH LIFE OPPORTUNITIES

Canada

Canada has a strong economy, high living standards and is open to immigration. Each of the 10 Canadian provinces has its own minimum wage, which allows the working population to earn a modest living. For instance, the minimum wage in Saskatchewan is $10/hour. However, job offers on the local labour market often entail higher wages than that. For example, wages for construction workers start from $17-18/hour, while CNC workers earn $20-25/hour.

Canada guarantees high social welfare standards to its citizens. This entails free kindergarten for children and secondary education to students, universal health insurance, a comfortable retirement pension and other benefits to citizens and permanent residents.

Canada is a cosmopolitan country with a welcoming attitude towards immigrants from various countries. Ukraine is closely connected to Canada due to strong cultural bonds established by several waves of Canadian immigration going back over a century.

ILC has extensive experience placing professionals and trades people for work in Canada. For more than 12 years our team has placed more than 2,000 individuals in this country alone, and since 2004, ILC has assisted more than 600 families with their plans to immigrate to Canada.

In May 2011, ILC opened an office in Canada (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) to support candidates after their arrival in the country. ILC office representatives meet candidates at the airport, provide any necessary information to candidates and assist them during settlement. Saskatoon is considered one of the fastest-growing cities in Canada, and Saskatchewan has one of the strongest provincial economies nationwide.
