ILC is licensed by the Ukrainian Ministry of Labour and Social Policy to carry out international employment programs (license #АВ 519114 28.05.2010).
The company provides services concerning the preparation of documents and representing clients' interests in embassies and immigration services with the assistance of Canadian immigration consultant Walter Garchinski, who is a full-fledged member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC; Membership ID #R410855) and whose agent in Ukraine is ILC.

International Labour Centre, ILC, operates under the existing legislation of Ukraine and the countries of placement and does not charge any fee from candidates for job search services. However, some of the programs include payment for other services such as foreign language courses, preparation for the foreign language examination and obtaining the international standard certificate, translation and notary certification of documents, payment for immigration consultant's services and other services.
