In 2013 ILC introduced new employment program at the dairy farms of New Zealand to create more job opportunities for its clients. Today we have opened vacancies for dairy farms workers. We are taking measures to open new vacancies in New Zealand in the future.
New Zealand doesn't just offer fantastic career opportunities, amazing natural wonders and a great outdoor lifestyle. Two of its main cities, Auckland and Wellington, were recently ranked 3rd and 13th in the world respectively for quality of living.
Apart from picturesque nature and high living standards the GPI (Global Peace Index) index ranks New Zealand as number two country in the world. The GPI gauges ongoing domestic criteria, for example, the low homicide rate, as well as international criteria - like its relations with neighbouring countries, nation's level of military expenditure, etc. New Zealand continues to receive top scores for criteria such as respect for human rights, due to its limited violent demonstrations and the low homicide rate.
A NatWest International bank survey of more than 2000 British immigrants living in 12 countries found that New Zealand received the highest ratings in all areas and topped the list of places to live. According to respondents, New Zealand has one of the lowest average property prices in the developed world, a better quality of life and a favourable tax regime that offers financial advantages.
The program requirements are the following: 2 years of job experience at the dairy farm (confirmation from workplace is a must), spoken English necessary for passing interview without help of interpreter. You should not have any visa infringements, deportations, criminal convictions and health problems. The programs participants will need to undergo medical examination.
Employment program will last 2, 3 years with further opportunity of immigration. Work schedule includes 12-13 working hours per day in winter and 8-9 hours in summer, 5 days per week. Average gross salary comprises 37000-45000 NZD per week (tax will take 19 %). The employees will also receive 4000 NZD for food annually. The employer is responsible for finding good dwelling place; the employees will pay for it at their own expense. The employee pays for foodstuff on his own.
