Increasing English proficiency requirements

Dear Clients, starting from September 2012 ILC increases English level requirements for clients interested in employment abroad. We have made this decision based on the changes in the terms of the temporary employment programs in Canada and are willing to create more opportunities of working and living abroad for our clients. Today Canadian employers often offer employment for workers from the Philippines, Germany, Asia or South America, because they are more proficient in English.

Inability to communicate in English builds the barrier in understanding between the employer and the worker as well as does not allow Ukrainian specialists to apply their professional skills. That being said, we recommend everyone who is willing to live and to work in Canada to improve the English skills to be able to pass the interview with the employer without any interpreter's assistance required. This would significantly add to your competitive ability at the Canadian labor market.
