Interviews for the Production Worker’s position at a meat processing plant in Canada are finished. Congratulations to all participants!

During the last two weeks a Canadian employer conducted the interviews for candidates for the Production Worker's position at a meat processing plant. The company representative from Alberta has come to Ukraine in order to meet each candidate individually to understand their work experience, English level and their desire to work in Canada.

As a result of the interviews, it is employer's intention to hire a group of workers, who will leave to work in Canada soon.

Each interview took 20-30 minutes and consisted of two parts. The first part was conducted in Ukrainian. The employer had an opportunity to determine if the candidate meets the conditions of Alberta immigration program. The second part was in English. During the second part of the interview the candidates had an opportunity to tell about their work experience, future plans, reasons and willingness of their families to immigrate to Canada, etc.

ILC is very grateful to all participants and congratulates all candidates who have successfully passed the interviews. ILC employees are currently informing the participants about the interview results and their next steps in the program.

The next stage of the program starts early May and will consist of an English test and a medical examination. We wish all candidates good luck in their future achievements!
