Canadian companies, specialized in repairing and maintaining heavy-duty vehicles (trucks, trailers), are situated in Saskatchewan, Canada are currently looking for mechanics. The employment program provides the possibility to obtain 2-year work permit to Canada with further immigration
IELTS certificate, level General 4.5 is required.
Knowledge of methods, tools and equipment involved in the repair of trucks and trailers
Be physically capable of performing the required duties lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, crawling, crouching, reaching, bending, etc)
Be willing to engage in recommended training before departure as well as in Canada
Be willing to make a long term commitment to the employer
Hold a valid driver's license with a clear driver's abstract, and be willing and able to get a Canadian class 5 driver's license within 3 months of arrival
Basic computer skills are required
Must be able to communicate clearly, respectfully and have an approachable, friendly personality
Have excellent time management, record keeping and organizational skills
Perform diagnostics and testing, disassemble fault assemblies, repair, replace worn or damaged parts and reassemble, adjust and test the repaired mechanism.
Perform trouble shooting diagnostics - electrical, drivetrain and engine.
Perform scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrication and tune-ups.
Candidate must be capable of the repair, removal and/or replacement of:
Drivelines, clutches, brakes, suspensions, electrical, engine, drive trains, differentials, springs, air bags, steering components, air conditioning, refrigeration and/or trailer heater components.

Operation, maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery used for planting and harvesting: harvesters, tractors, grain trucks, seeders, haying equipment, tillage machines, sprayers etc.
Performing maintenance service of agricultural machinery such as oil changes, lubrication and cleaning etc.
Performing and fulfilling general mechanical repairs
Supervising and testing agricultural equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
Time and inventory tracking; replacement and/or repair components when needed
Responsible/reliable to do things properly
